• All Visnow lessons are customized private lessons with a dedicated instructor, and we do not mix clients.
 • The lessons do not include lift tickets or ski equipment rentals, so participants are required to prepare these before the ski activity. Our customer service team will provide you with the details after confirming your booking.
 • Requirements: Guests who have never taken a lift before do not need to purchase lift tickets in advance.
 • Budget: Lift ticket for one day costs around 5,000-8,000 JPY | Full ski equipment rental is around 10,000 JPY.
 • The minimum age requirement for skiing is 3 years old; for snowboarding, it is 5 years old.
 • If participants have high blood pressure, heart disease, epilepsy, asthma, or are pregnant or in any condition that is not suitable for intense activity, please inform us in advance.
 • We recommend that participants with similar skiing abilities register for the same lesson. For safety reasons, the lesson pace will be adjusted to the participant with the lower skill level.
 • Half-day or one-day lessons are primarily focused on experiencing skiing. If you wish to learn skiing more systematically, we recommend booking a course for two days or more.
 • Skiing and snowboarding lessons cannot be held simultaneously and must be booked separately on different days.
 • It is mandatory to wear appropriate protective gear. Japan requires all skiers and snowboarders to wear helmets.
 • A full-day (6-hour) lesson includes about 60 minutes for lunch, which can be purchased at the ski resort restaurant.
 • If you need assistance from the instructor to rent ski equipment, please contact our customer service in advance to arrange this.
